By accessing or using Teamworks Executive Suites' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Teamworks Executive Suites provides daily rental of executive office spaces and conference rooms in San Mateo, California. Our services include space booking, add-on amenities, and related hospitality services.

Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made through our official platform
  • Booking requests are subject to availability and host approval
  • Instant Book options confirm immediately upon completion
  • Minimum booking duration is 4 hours

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
  • We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Additional fees may apply for add-on services

Cancellation Policy

7 Days Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the event
  • 50% refund (excluding fees) if cancelled 24 hours - 7 days before
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before

Standard 30 Day Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the event
  • 50% refund (excluding fees) if cancelled 7-30 days before
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before

User Responsibilities

When using our spaces, you agree to:

  • Use spaces only for their intended purpose
  • Comply with all space-specific rules and restrictions
  • Treat the space and equipment with care
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy
  • Not host parties or events prohibited by the host
  • Leave the space in a clean and orderly condition
  • Report any damage or issues immediately

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal activities of any kind
  • Smoking in or near the premises
  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
  • Subletting or unauthorized use of the space
  • Removal or damage of property

Liability and Damages

Users are responsible for any damage to the space, furnishings, or equipment during their booking. Teamworks reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged items.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Teamworks Executive Suites and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Teamworks Executive Suites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication between parties to reach an amicable resolution. If necessary, our support team can mediate based on our policies.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
